Justin Cabernet Sauvignon is a premium red wine crafted meticulously at Justin Winery in Paso Robles, California. The wine is made exclusively from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, which are hand picked and sorted to ensure only the highest quality fruit is used. The grapes are destemmed and crushed in open and closed top stainless steel tanks using UV43 yeast before fermentation. This process allows for the extraction of color, tannins, and flavor from the grapes. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 18 months in small oak barrels, imparting depth and complexity. The unique climate and soils of Paso Robles contribute to the wine's exceptional balance of flavors and textures. The result is a deeply colored wine with aromas of ripe black cherry, black currant, and red berry, complemented by notes of vanilla, cinnamon, oak, leather, and cedar with 14.9% alcohol by volume (ABV).
Justin Cabernet Sauvignon pairs wonderfully with various dishes, making it a versatile choice for any occasion. It is particularly well suited to grilled meats, such as steak or lamb, hearty pasta dishes, and rich cheeses. The wine's smooth, velvety texture and rich, complex flavor make it a delightful companion to various culinary delights.
